Aden Yaldo is a young entrepreneur and master barber from Sterling Heights, Michigan. He attended International Academy with plans of becoming an anesthesiologist, but his passion for barbering quickly grew into a successful business. After building a loyal clientele and seeing his side hustle take off, Aden decided to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. With over 10 years of experience behind the chair, he has developed a reputation for precision, consistency, and exceptional customer service. Today, Aden is the proud owner of The Fade Factory, where he continues to grow his brand while helping clients look and feel their best.
Matthew Hendi grew up in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he attended Brother Rice High School and excelled on the football field. A two-time All-Catholic League selection, Matthew originally planned to pursue a collegiate football career and was close to committing to Concordia University. However, on signing day, he made the life-changing decision to follow a different path. Turning his focus to barbering, a craft he had developed a passion for, Matthew dedicated himself to mastering the industry. With over six years of experience, he has built a reputation for delivering quality cuts and creating lasting relationships with clients. Today, Matthew is the founder and owner of The Fade Factory, where he combines his competitive drive, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to build one of the area’s premier barbershops.
Our Story
Although Aden Yaldo and Matthew Hendi came from different backgrounds, they crossed paths outside of the barbering industry and quickly recognized a shared vision. Both had built strong reputations, attracted similar clientele, and understood the growing demand for modern, trend-driven hairstyles among the younger generation. Seeing the opportunity to create something bigger together than they could individually, Aden and Matthew decided to join forces. Combining their skills, experience, and entrepreneurial mindset, they founded The Fade Factory with the goal of becoming the premier destination for the new era of men’s grooming and hairstyling. Their partnership was built on a mutual commitment to excellence, innovation, and raising the standard of barbering in their community.
